1. The service
These terms apply when you access or use AhaDrobe. AhaDrobe provides store configuration, credit management, support, and an AI-assisted virtual try-on widget. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Virtual try-on results are generated estimates. They may not accurately represent fit, size, fabric, colour, body shape, or the appearance of a physical garment and must not be treated as a sizing guarantee.
2. Accounts, credits, and payments
Partners are responsible for their account access and for keeping account information accurate. Credits are service units used for eligible widget operations. They are not currency, are not transferable unless AhaDrobe expressly allows it, and have no cash value.
Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Refunds, cancellations, and mandatory consumer rights are handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at purchase. Suspected payment abuse, chargeback fraud, or unauthorised use may lead to restricted access while the matter is investigated.
3. Photos, clothing images, and generated results
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or submit photos and clothing images. Do not submit another person's photo without their informed permission. Additional care and legally valid authorisation are required for images of children.
You retain the rights you already hold in submitted content. You grant AhaDrobe and its service providers a limited permission to transmit, process, and temporarily host that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service.
AI-generated results may contain errors or unexpected visual changes. You are responsible for reviewing a result before relying on or publishing it and for ensuring your use complies with applicable intellectual-property, privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection laws.
4. Partner responsibilities
A partner embedding the widget must configure only storefront origins it controls, provide accurate information to visitors, and maintain an appropriate privacy notice and legal basis for offering virtual try-on. The partner is responsible for its storefront content, customer relationship, and claims made about products or generated results.
Partners must not expose private credentials, bypass credit controls, misrepresent AhaDrobe, or use the service in a way that places AhaDrobe or its providers in breach of law or contractual obligations.
5. Prohibited use
- Attempting to bypass account access, storefront, credit, usage, or security controls.
- Uploading unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Using photos without the rights, notice, or permission required by law.
- Reverse engineering or automated extraction except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Introducing malware, disrupting the service, or probing systems without written authorisation.
- Using generated results to impersonate, harass, discriminate against, or deceive another person.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, provider changes, legal requirements, or product development. We aim to communicate material changes where reasonably possible but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are materially breached, when required for security or law, or when continued use creates risk to users, partners, AhaDrobe, or service providers.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that every result will be accurate, suitable, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful content, misuse, or breach of these terms. AhaDrobe is not responsible for a partner storefront's products, descriptions, fulfilment, customer service, or independent privacy practices.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
